Absolutely outstanding food—beautifully presented and bursting with flavour. For quality like this, the price is unbeatable at about €10 per person. The team is also wonderfully welcoming and attentive, always looking out for your comfort. Highly recommended for a top-class meal and excellent service!

We tried the chicken shawarma and the gyros, both were delicious with excellent presentation. Great flavors, generous portions, and very friendly service. Highly recommend in Psyrri!!

We got the Mix Falafel portion. It says it is for 2 people but I think it could serve at least 3. The food was delicious and very affordable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This little falafel spot was a great find! The food was absolutely delicious — I had the beef shawarma and a side of freshly made falafel. The falafel was perfectly crispy and prepared right in front of us. Great flavors, quick service. Definitely worth a visit!

Fantastic classic falafel! This was recommended to me by a local for good vegetarian food and they definitely have plenty of options. Good mix between locals and tourists, friendly staff, and fast service. Got quite a big wrap + water for €5

From the moment you step inside, the warm aroma of freshly ground chickpeas and fragrant spices wraps around you like a welcome hug from a long-lost friend. The falafel here isn’t just food; it’s a love letter to flavor. Crisp on the outside with that perfect golden crunch, yet pillowy-soft inside, each bite bursts with herbs so fresh you can practically hear them whisper, “OPA!”
The pita? Fluffy clouds of heaven. The tahini sauce? Velvety, nutty, and just the right hint of lemon — the kind of sauce you want to bottle and guard like treasure. Even the pickles and salad feel carefully curated, not thrown together, each element balancing the others like a well-rehearsed Greek dance.
Service is as warm as the Mediterranean sun. The staff don’t just serve you; they adopt you. They guide you through the menu with the same passion an artist has for their masterpiece, making sure you leave not just full, but blissfully happy.

we had an absolutely wonderful experience at FALAFEL PSYRRI The food was incredible 10/10—truly flawless. What made the visit even more special was the owner, Abu Ali who was so welcoming and respectful. The staff were also incredibly kind and attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Athens. I wish the owner and the team all the best and continued success!:)

One of the most delicious felafels I’ve ever had, even better than that famous felafel in Paris!! Very welcoming staff, amazing service. If you ever visit Athens, make sure you try it. We tried the felafel wrap, and chicken shawarma; both were AMAZING and DELICIOUS!!!

I went there yesterday i met ceasar a lovely guy who serviced perfectly and the whole team were professionals. I had very good time there and they served me the food with love, much respect i will go there again and again , I recommend to you all !!! We want also to thanks sir Ramez he is very kind!

I visited Falafel tou Psyrri and tried their shawarma – it was absolutely delicious! The meat was perfectly seasoned, tender, and full of flavor, wrapped in fresh pita with tasty toppings. The place has a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were really kind and attentive. If you’re in Athens and craving authentic, flavorful shawarma or falafel, this spot is definitely worth a visit. I went to this restaurant, and they gave me 1 falafel for free. After that, I bought the worst shawarma sandwich for 5.50 euros. It didn't taste good, and the meat was small. I don't recommend it. The restaurant owner is trying to please people, but he is a fraud and a cheat.
